Blackwater USA (AKA Academi)

North Carolina

Reason for listing

US-backed mercenaries. Pretty much operate like an international terrorist group "supporting" military and police efforts without the USA having to be AS accountable. Involved in Katrina and were allegedly involved in sniping at FBAs.
