Why Are FBAs Always Singled Out and Targeted?

Why Are FBAs Always Singled Out and Targeted?

by The FBA Threat Database Team on Jul 10, 2026

Elder Neely Fuller described in his book “The United Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept” the system of white supremacy. He explained that violence and terrorism are necessary mechanisms to enforce and reinforce the unjust system of white supremacy. He explained that, while violence is not the optimal state of things, it is used when the tactics of deception, and specifically the refinement stage, do not work.

As you’ll find in this article, due to the unique history in the USA, it is hard for white supremacists to deceive FBAs, so violence and sabotage are chosen instead.

The FBA Lineage- FBA Threat Database

Who or What is an FBA?

An FBA is a Foundational Black American, and the term defines itself. A Foundational Black American is a Black person who is foundational to the building of the USA (America). FBAs are, at least as of now, classified as Black or African American (a foolish term) and sometimes as Colored, Mulatto, Freedmen, or Negro on a birth certificate and/or other important document or record.

FBAs are people descended from Black/Freedmen ancestors who were present at the founding of the United States, not from later waves of immigration. FBAs are the people of The Most High who literally built the USA from the ground up. Being born or raised in the USA or raised around FBAs does not make you FBA. FBA is a lineage (not a group).

How do you know you're FBA?

FBAs have a culture of great record-keeping, and we can typically trace our roots back to at least the 1870 census. FBAs often have slave and/or Native/Indigenous ancestry, and although a white r@pist or other ethnic group may be mixed somewhere in the ancestry, we went through what some scholars refer to as an ethnogenesis. We became a distinct ethnic group with our own culture, history, and identity.

This is no different than how Jamaicans and Haitians delineate and distinguish their own unique identity and culture. Many Caribbeans descend from a mix of different ethnic groups, but they had an ethnogenesis in their respective countries and acknowledge that they are unique and separate from other groups.

Many people are "phenotypically Black," but not FBA.

A blood soaked American Flag

Why are FBAs uniquely targeted?

FBAs are targeted in particular due to our connection with the Most High and the consistent culture of resistance to white supremacy. But in order to understand this answer to this question, one really has to understand the history of FBAs in America.

Foundational Black Americans, unlike other groups, have lived in close proximity to white supremacists for centuries. FBAs have had firsthand experience with the lies, tactics, and other forms of sabotage used to destroy our communities generationally.

Many FBAs have learned, sometimes the hard way, that resistance is the only option against a wicked savage beast. Due to this unique history in the USA, it is hard for white supremacists to deceive most FBAs, so direct violence and underhanded sabotage are chosen instead.

The History of FBAs prior to the Civil War

FBA history with the USA is one of building. Prior to the country being called the United States of America, FBAs were here building the roads, growing the crops, clearing the swamps, designing buildings, and doing various other forms of labor while being subjected to state-sanctioned violence and horrors. Slavery occurred in all 13 colonies and was expanded as the US territories expanded. The practice of chattel slavery was devastating to the FBA community. It not only physically and economically destroyed FBAs; it worked to mentally and spiritually break the lineage down.

Despite being outnumbered by 4 (or more) to 1 in the US, FBAs during slavery fought back at every turn. Some FBAs fought back in subtle ways, and others fought back through direct wars/battles. John Horse, the FBA (Black Seminole), went against various US military waves and never took an “L.” Madison Washington, a Foundational Black American from Virginia, overthrew a slave ship and navigated multiple legal systems to secure freedom for his fellow captives.

There are various other rebellions that could be named, but the point is that, despite the numbers, FBAs never stopped fighting back against the wicked and unjust system of white supremacy. This is also a far different experience from other slavery systems in the Caribbean and elsewhere in which the Blacks/slaves far outnumbered their white supremacist counterparts 16 to 1. Not a diss, not an excuse, it’s just a fact.

Mason Dixon Line

The white supremacist North

Many people associate the North with freedom and righteousness and the South with slavery and wickedness, but that’s far from the truth. First, as mentioned before, slavery was occurring in the North at the beginning of the nation, especially in New York. It was only somewhat “phased out” after the core infrastructure was built. Later on, slavery, albeit rare, was still occurring in the North at the time the Civil War broke out.

The North was also complicit in the slavery system by enforcing the Fugitive Slave Laws and sanctioning the practice by the military arm of the government (sometimes used to squash rebellions). As Dr. Claud Anderson Described in his book “Black Labor, white wealth,” the North benefited significantly from the practice of slavery in the South. The North financed and insured slaveholders' assets and politically backed slavehoders on key issues. The raw materials extracted from the South by slaves helped manufacturing, building, and the textile industries in the North. They also benefited from infrastructure projects, federal taxes, etc.

Furthermore, slavery in the North was a permitted and legally sanctioned practice. This is what the Dred Scott decision was all about. An FBA Brother named Dred Scott was brought to Illinois (a supposed free state) but remained enslaved. The Dred Scott Decision, written by the infamous Democratic Chief Justice from Maryland named Roger B. Taney, made it possible (theoretically) for any slave from Georgia or North Carolina to be brought up to New York or Massachusetts and remain enslaved BY LAW.  Look up the Oxford Book “America in 1857” to confirm this. This, however, was not a widespread practice since power-struggle tensions were high between Northerners and Southerners, and neither side trusted the other.

The Civil War

The Civil War

With the Dred Scott Decision, various FBA uprisings, and Northern and Southern tensions being at an all-time high, the Civil War inevitably broke out. This was a war to preserve white supremacy or “subordination to the superior [white] race,” as Alexander H. Stephens, the vice president of the Confederate States of America, put it.

FBAs, with a few exceptions, fought on the side of the North for the explicit purpose of fighting to secure freedom for their Brothers and Sisters in the South. As Abraham Lincoln put it, “The emancipation policy and the use of colored troops constitute the heaviest blow yet dealt to rebellion and that at least one of these important successes could not have been achieved when it was but for the aid of the colored troops.”  He also declared that abandoning all posts garrisoned by Black men would cause the North to lose the war in 3 weeks (Source: 100 Amazing Facts about the Negro with complete proof, J.A. Rogers).

After the Civil War

Of course, the North (only with the help of FBAs) won the war. FBAs were repaid by subsequently being denied reparations, and the small number who briefly got the “40 acres and a mule” through Special Field Order No. 15 had their land stolen again when that field order was reveresed/revoked.

Reconstruction (Post-chattel slavery) tells us a lot about FBA culture. Despite not getting the reparations FBAs deserved, Foundational Black Americans worked to build many thriving communities. We built various towns, businesses, etc. White supremacists of the South despised seeing this progress. It proved that FBAs did not need white overseers to be successful. It further struck at the heart of whimpy white supremacists who had recently gotten their asses handed to them in the Civil War. White supremacists in the South therefore organized to commit cowardly acts of violence. However, they could only go so far since Union troops were stationed in the South, at least somewhat enforcing the Federal laws.

The Compromise of 1877 and the Sabotage of FBAs Shortly Thereafter

As the Book “How white folks got so rich” puts it, this was probably the most devastating single political event in the history of FBAs in America. Southern democrats and Northern republicans conspired to trade political seats for removing the Union troops from the South. This was designed to artificially reassign absolute rule to Southern white supremacists.

Lands, towns, and businesses were stolen or otherwise sabotaged through either legalese, paperwork bureaucracy, or direct acts of terrorism/violence. No federal protections were ENFORCED. Just because a law existed or exists doesn’t mean it was or is enforced. Often, laws were and are selectively enforced based on the race of the individuals involved.

Subsequently, black codes, sharecropping (slavery 2.0), chain gangs, and the Jim Crow system followed. Most of these systems are known for being in the South, but many forget that racial discrimination laws were applied and enforced on a federal level. The North was full of violence, sabotage, etc. Local and State polices and practices led to various forms of economic sabotage and openly hostile sundown towns. Lynchings were prevalent and, many times, sensationalized from remote towns in Mississippi to Northern cities in Pennsylvania.

The civil rights and black power struggle

The Road to Civil Rights and Black Power

It is important to note that prior to the civil rights movement, FBAs continued to resist violence and oppression. From the FBA Veterans protecting FBA communities in the infamous Red Summer of 1919 to the formation of protective networks like the Deacons for Defense, FBAs never stopped resisting.

Soon, it became obvious that FBAs were slowly but surely rising from their artificially manufactured position. White supremacists then worked overtime to further destroy what was built and also worked to sabotage any future building. FBAs were excluded from nearly every form of Federal, State, and local benefit.

Federal Agricultural grant and loan programs were intentionally distributed at a local level (meaning local white supremacists could and did stop FBAs from getting the resources). Nearly zero FBAs received their G.I. Bill benefits from fighting in literal World Wars. The New Deal excluded almost all FBAs, and so on and so forth. This could literally be an entire book instead of an article going on and on about the tricky, underhanded things done to destroy FBA communities generationally.

Urban Renewal

One Key, often overlooked, form of FBA Targeting around the time of the Civil Rights Movement

Elder Neely Fuller mentioned in “The United Independent Compensatory Code/System/Concept” book the fact that dislocation, or rather displacement, is a tool used by white supremacists to keep [FBAs] moving constantly. This is used to disrupt constructive work and natural structure/order.

Urban Renewal projects did just that. These projects were used as a codeword for local and state governments to decimate FBA communities with a stroke of a pen. As James Baldwin put it, Urban Renewal is really just a codeword for “Negro Removal.” Vast infrastructure projects (dams, roads, bridges, factories, parks) were used as a premise to remove FBAs and their business districts. These neighborhoods were chosen by local white supremacists, and they often arbitrarily declared perfectly fine areas or intentionally sabotaged areas as “unfit” and/or needed for a public works project. FBAs who owned properties in these targeted areas were poorly compensated, if at all.

Large, poorly maintained ghettos and housing projects were simultaneously created to “accommodate” the newly displaced populations who had their homes, businesses, and lands basically taken. These properties and entities could have easily been passed on to their children for generational wealth. Instead, these FBAs were forced to fend for themselves, paying rent to landowners instead of accumulating wealth for future generations.

Integration

FBAs after Integration (The Double-edged sword)

While Integration did provide some perks, it came with A LOT of downsides. Many people do not understand life before integration because most of us living today were born after integration. Prior to integration, FBA communities were easier to target and sabotage with nearly zero effects on the white community or other non-Black communities. Zoning-based laws were used to restrict basic services like insuring homes, securing financing, trash collection, sewage work, school renovations, hospital access, and road maintenance.

Mind you, based on the relative amount of property FBAs owned, FBAs were paying the most in taxes. In other words, to give a basic but realistic hypothetical, an FBA Family may have owned a 2,000-square-foot home, but that Family was only paying 20 dollars less in property taxes than a white family that owned a 3,500-square-foot home with 10 acres. The tax dollars were simply being blatantly funneled out of the FBA community and used to benefit the white supremacists’ community. Some of these more flagrant acts of discrimination are at least addressed and possible to legally confront post-integration. There’s no denying that.

Sadly, while many FBAs focused on the more outward signs of “improvement,” white supremacists worked non-stop behind the scenes to further sabotage FBAs. They focused on folding the FBA economy/dollars into their white economy. FBA businesses, which were once exclusively supported by the FBA community, were suddenly forced to compete with white companies. Those white companies were far more funded and, most importantly, not sabotaged.

FBA jobs were also targeted. Qualified individuals were thrown out of professions like education when integration occurred. Immigrants were brought over to replace the FBA workforce- often with resources that FBA communities could not get (Miami is a perfect example). Stable manufacturing jobs were moved overseas and so on and so forth.

Soon after integration, destructive drugs were introduced to the FBA community. Abortion (murder) was heavily pushed, often as a form of birth control. Mass criminalization and media stigmatization were used to demoralize FBAs. Political sellouts ran amok, intentionally confusing and distorting lineage-specific demands with new lift-all “oppressed people” programs.

FBAs are built different

How FBAs Differ from other Groups

Dr. Claude Anderson breaks this down very well in his book Powernomics. FBAs, or as he has called us in different interviews, Native Black Americans, are a unique ethnic group. Our history has not been shared by any other “minority” or “oppressed people” group here in the USA. Damn near everyone can be considered a minority. Outside of delusional fringe white supremacist circles, it is widely known that white women have been the biggest recipients of affirmative action, minority programs, DEI, etc. Mind you, many white women, historically, were either slave owners themselves or beneficiaries of a slaveholding household.

LGBTQ white males are also classified as minorities. Mind you, many of the white supremacist slave owners were LGBTQ and participated in various forms of buck-breaking. Also, white males often play the “non-fully white” card when convenient.

Other non-white groups haven’t experienced even 10% of the targeting and direct sabotage that’s described in this article. Furthermore, these groups chose to come to the USA. They were ALLOWED to thrive without sabotage (for the most part). There are very few exceptions to the rule.

FBAs have a unique culture of resistance. If any other group would have experienced even one of the devastating blows FBAs have received, they would have never recovered. We’ve seen this occur overseas when the US, France, or another white supremacist-run nation smacks around a non-white population. Most of the time, these populations quickly submit and/or flee to their oppressor or another country. Hell, if you want to get technical, even people from failed white-controlled European countries cower and flee.

non-FBA Targets

Why are non-FBAs targeted sometimes?

White supremacy is an inherently unjust system. Elder Neely Fuller exposed the fact that white supremacists are willing to make an occasional white sacrifice to maintain the corrupt system. If white supremacists are willing to accept the loss of one of their own, how much more willing would they be to accept non-white people as a sacrifice?

Occasionally, other non-white groups are hit with one form or another of targeted oppression, but most respond by not fighting the oppression. In fact, many groups, such as the vast majority of Asians and Latinos, accept an underling role and actually help perpetuate the system of white supremacy even while seeing that it occasionally targets them.

“Black-looking” ethnic groups and the Infamous Tether Class

“Black-looking” ethnic groups, especially 2nd Generation Caribbean Americans, are sometimes mistaken by white people for FBAs. While they may not be the primary target, they certainly are a close second. This is part of the reason why Caribbeans and Africans often go out of their way to differentiate themselves from FBAs and let coworkers, police officers, neighbors, and everyday individuals know that they are not FBAs; they are from XYZ country. While this delineation doesn’t completely prevent some of the targeting and violence that these “Black-looking” ethnic groups face, it does curb some of the targeting.

Unfortunately, not all, but many “Black-looking” non-FBA people make a conscious decision to become what are referred to as tethers- actively working to undermine FBAs and assist white supremacists in targeting and sabotaging FBA progress.

FBAs, out of necessity, have delineated from non-FBAs. Intelligent FBAs distinguish between on-code non-FBAs and the Tether class. FBAs have to come to grips with the fact that, with very few exceptions, we are really the only ones who’ve never stopped fighting white supremacist oppression. Other ethnic groups may have had a one-off here or there way back in the day, but no other ethnic group has been fighting and continues to fight like us.

As stated in the About Us section of this website: while the FBA Threat Database is primarily for and on behalf of FBAs, those who are on-code Non-FBAs are more than welcome to use this FBA Threat Database. The tether class, who will not heed the warnings, will have to find out the hard way.

FBAs are the primary targets for white supremacist violence

If FBAs are so weak and insignificant, why are we targeted so much?

Just as a male lion has no need to attack a non-threatening butterfly, white supremacists don’t see a need to attack and sabotage those who are compliant with the unjust system. However, just as a male lion is threatened by another fully capable and strong male lion from another pride, white supremacists are threatened by and virulently attack FBAs. A people with far fewer resources and no artificial advantages, willing to confront and oppose the wicked system of white supremacy.

Conclusion

FBAs have been targeted and sabotaged on a ridiculous scale, and it’s for a reason. White supremacists know that FBAs, for the most part, are the only ethnic group consistently confronting white supremacy. Dr. Frances Cress Welsing went into withering detail in her book “The Isis Papers” about the weakness and inherent frailty of the system of white supremacy. It’s not unbeatable and, with The Most High, overcoming this wicked system is inevitable. The FBA Threat Database is but a small form of resistance against the system of white supremacy.
